Jack is our September member Highlight, he embodies our core values and is an integral part of our community!
We respect his consistency, exceptional dedication and kindness in the gym. His commitment to his personal improvement is amazing and his unwavering support for other members is noticeable. Not only does he put in effort during every workout but he also inspire those around him with his positive attitude and willingness to help others succeed by cheering them on or with a fist bump. We see him coming into the gym even when that means getting a ride from his grandparents. We love having him in our community!
1. What is your favorite part about being at TEAMLIFT?
My favorite part of being at TEAMLIFT is being able to workout with my dad. It is a fun way for me and him to hang out together, and stay active. Along with that, the open and welcoming feeling that the gym provides to it’s members is another thing I like to see
2. What helps you stay determined?
There are many different factors in my life that help keep me determined, but my main one would have to be my family. Whether it is academically, or in mental health and fitness, my family pushes me to be the best version of my self possible
3. What does the gym mean to you?
The gym is a great way for me to blow off steam, and work on myself both mentally and physically. School can be a big stress for me, as it is for many others my age, but the gym is a way I can destress. As i mentioned before, I love being able to workout with my dad, since we can spend time together, as-well as following a healthy routine each week
